Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz butter, softened
- 1 cup egg white powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees F.
- Mix eggs, cream cheese and butter until combined.
- Add egg white powder and mix until incorporated.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy.
- Pour into a standard bread pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until browned to desired extent.
- Cool, then slice and enjoy!
