You’ll get to choose what exact changes to make and how much to change them, so that you won’t feel any suffering or deprivation, and you’ll have an easier time maintaining these changes long-term. Even little changes in the right direction can make profound improvements in your health.
Participants are encouraged to share ideas, successes, recipes, support each other, ask questions, and help each other work out what to do or how to do it. Find an exercise buddy. Have a cooking party. Let’s get creative and have fun!
