A consultation is required prior to any sessions.

You'll be emailed a link to an intake form that must be submitted prior to your appointment. 

To schedule your appointment, go to the My Products page and click on New Client Consultation. Please indicate in the Notes whether you'll be coming into the office or would like to meet online.
